Ivy's Touch of Class is located in Elizabeth City, NC. We have all of your hair care and skin care needs all under one roof. Healthy hair is our main priority. 

• Forms of payment:

  1. Cash: For those who prefer traditional payment methods, we’ll continue to accept cash payments for all our services.

  2. Apple Pay: Seamlessly pay with your Apple device for a quick and convenient transaction.

  3. Zelle: Simplify your payments with Zelle, offering secure and instant transactions directly from your bank account.

  4. AfterPay: Spread out the cost of your salon visits with AfterPay, allowing you to pay in installments while enjoying our services.

• A credit card must be on file when making an appointment.

• Appointments are not automatically accepted. Please wait for a confirmation email/text. If there are any issues with the date/time requested I will contact you via text/email. Please save the confirmation text/email just in case you need to reschedule. You may reschedule your appointment yourself up to one day before the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. If it’s after the 24 hour window you will need to contact me.

• No call no show will be charged 100% of the service price that was booked. No call no show will also result in either not being able to book in the future or full payment at the time of booking the next appointment.

• Appointment reminders will be sent leading up to your appointment.

• ​Photos may be taken during your appointment. If you do not want your photo taken please let us know. 

• Please review ALL services, prices, and descriptions before booking. 

• Appointment calendar will be open only up to 30 days from the current date. New date opens daily.

• Please select ALL services that will be needed when booking.

• Shampoo will be included with all services. We believe in our brand and want you to have the best experience from start to finish.

• Please come with your hair free of any style and detangled unless you choose those services when booking. We provide take down and detangling services just make sure that you add those to your appointment.

• First time color or chemical services must select the new client package prior to receiving color or any chemical services.
